Nature of the service
CreditConfirm provides workflow software for requesting commercial bank confirmation letters. It is not a bank, lender, credit bureau or audit-confirmation service, and it does not make credit decisions.
Vendor responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the lawfulness of their requests, the accuracy of recipient details, their own credit decisions, and the handling of information they receive.
Responder participation
Financial institutions may decline to respond or may limit the information provided under their own policies and applicable law. Participation is voluntary and free.
Demonstration use
This environment is for demonstration with fictional data. Do not submit real customer or banking information.
