About CreditConfirm

CreditConfirm is a consent-first workflow for commercial Bank Confirmation Letters (BCL). Vendors granting trade credit request a BCL, the applicant's authorized signer e-signs written consent, and the applicant's banker responds through a secure expiring link — with no account to create on either side.

Audit confirmations already have an established electronic channel and a CPA Canada / Canadian Bankers Association standard form. Trade credit has none: vendors still chase branches by fax, email and phone with no verifiable consent record. CreditConfirm closes that gap.

Who it is for

Credit and AR teams

Wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers and service firms extending net-30 to net-90 terms.

Applicant businesses

The customer applying for trade credit, whose authorized signer gives written consent.

Commercial bankers

Account managers and central confirmation desks that must respond without opening yet another account.

The four-step flow

1. Vendor requests

Credit team creates the BCL request and defines the limited confirmation items.

2. Applicant authorizes

The authorized signer verifies by one-time code and e-signs consent naming the vendor, bank and purpose.

3. Banker responds

The bank replies through the secure portal, an uploaded form, or the unique reply address.

4. Vendor reviews

Staff confirm the response against evidence and close the file with a full audit history.

What the platform does

Structured BCL request

Applicant details, requested limit and terms, purpose, named institution, confirmation items and a response deadline.

E-signed authorization

One-time code verification, full review of the exact questions asked, signer authority attestation, and a locked consent snapshot.

No-login banker response

An expiring single-purpose link with a secure portal form, document upload, or a unique reply-by-email address per request.

Email reply intake

Central-desk replies are matched by reply token, classified by sender domain and queued for human confirmation — never auto-accepted.

Confidence classification

Portal verified, expected domain, or unexpected sender. Nothing is marked verified that was not.

Append-only audit trail

Every create, view, verify, sign, send, respond and review event is written with actor, timestamp and context.

Honest limits

  • CreditConfirm is not a bank, lender, or credit bureau, and does not make your credit decision.
  • It does not provide credit scores or replace a bureau report.
  • Banks decide what they will confirm and may charge their own fees.
  • It is a commercial trade-credit workflow, not an audit confirmation service.
  • All sample records in the demonstration environment are fictional and marked DEMO.
