What does CreditConfirm actually do?

It collects a signed online credit application from your business customer, then verifies it — a bank confirmation direct from their branch, trade reference checks with their other suppliers, and Canadian registry, PPSA and insolvency searches. Everything lands in one signed PDF and one workspace file. You make the credit decision; we are not a bank, lender or credit bureau.

Who is it for?

Does my customer need an account?

No. Your customer, their signing officer, their banker and their other suppliers all act through a secure link. Nobody outside your team creates a login.

Is this Canada-only?

The verification is. Applicants, banks and branches are Canadian, and amounts are in CAD. A vendor anywhere in the world can sign up to verify a Canadian customer.

How does a bank confirmation work?

You create the request naming the customer, their bank and their branch. The signing officer authorises it and confirms their banking details. The request then goes to the branch, which can answer through a secure link or by completing and emailing a pre-filled form. The answer comes back into the file with a full audit trail.

How long does it take?

The customer authorisation step is usually minutes. The branch is the variable — some answer the same day, others take longer, and a few will not answer a third-party request at all. We chase the branch automatically and escalate.

What if the bank never responds?

The request moves to a no-response state and your customer gets a link to obtain the letter from their own bank and upload it. The file records that the letter was applicant-supplied, so your credit decision is documented honestly.

Do you connect directly to the banks?

No, and we do not claim to. This is a documented confirmation request to the branch on a signed customer authorisation — the same instrument credit departments have always used, run properly and tracked end to end.

How are trade references collected?

When the application is signed, requests go automatically to the suppliers the applicant named. Each supplier answers structured questions — highest credit extended, current balance, average days beyond terms, whether the account has ever been placed on hold — so the answers line up side by side. Reminders go out without anyone chasing.

Can the credit application carry my branding?

Yes. Your logo and colours appear on the form, the emails and the PDF. You can also embed the application directly on your own website with a single snippet, so your customer never leaves your domain.

Yes. The application is built from sections you control, and terms and conditions of your choosing are attached to the signed PDF.
