Common questions

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days of full access on your chosen plan. No credit card up front, and you can cancel before it ends. After that, Starter bills at $49.99 CAD per month.

What happens if I go over my monthly requests?

We let you know before anything is blocked, and you can move up a plan at any time — the change is prorated.

Do my customers or their bankers pay?

Never. They respond through a secure expiring link with no account and no fee.

What if the bank charges a fee?

Banks set their own confirmation fees. That is between the applicant and their bank.
